If these concerns are not addressed up front, then the issue of cost is irrelevant, because you could be throwing your money away when the assistance you receive is not helpful. It would be better to spend a little more on a tutor who can give you the best possible tutoring to help you understand.
How much is enough to spend for online tutoring? Some tutors can charge as much as $60 per hour for tutoring. You know the saying, “You get what you pay for…”, but would a tutor who charges $30 an hour be just as good as a tutor who charges $60 an hour? Sometimes it takes trial and error to find out, but from my experience, a product in the moderate price range works out the best – it doesn’t malfunction because it is the cheapest and it doesn’t prove to be just as good as a more moderately priced item. Tutoring is no different!
